ACCEPTANCE OF PROTOCOLS

By entering the KYNstatic digital grid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you are advised to disconnect from the site immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The "KYNstatic" brand, and all "glitch" aesthetic designs are the intellectual property of KYNstatic Admin. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or "re-skinning" of our designs is a violation of the grid.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

KYNstatic and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our gear or digital platform.

RETURN PROTOCOL

Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns for "change of mind."

DEFECTIVE GEAR

If your gear arrives with a "system error" (damaged or misprinted), transmit a photo to info@kynstatic.com within 14 days. We will deploy a replacement or issue a refund.

CANCELLATION WINDOW

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of transmission. After this, the production sequence is locked.
